RoSa vzw is a knowledge center working on gender and feminism. Founded by Renée Van Mechelen as a documentation center in 1978, RoSa has gone through a steady process of digitization and automation over the last decades. Today, not only can you browse through our archive and RoSa library’s wealth of information, including more than 30,000 non-fiction books, but our website also offers a thematic overview of pressing gender-related issues.

The Human Resources and Communication Department entered into an intervision process with RoSa vzw regarding inclusive language use, recruitment and selection.
